Umbrella canopies are among the simplest but the most popular and the cheapest canopies.

These canopies are made in circular and square forms. Asan Saze company produces both models. Circular models have 1.5-3.5 m diameter and the square ones have 3.5 * 3.5 dimensions.

The structure of fixed umbrella canopy comprises different light and heavy structures that depend on the alloy of the umbrella. The application and installation of models are different. The structures are fixed and portable with changing the degree.

Depending on the customer’s preference, plastic and cotton tarpaulin and UPV tarpaulin cloth are used.

Umbrella canopies have different structures including center base and side base. Steel and aluminum colored with electrostatic furnace color are used for the frame.

Installation of Fixed Umbrella Canopy

 To install fixed umbrella canopy, the following points should be considered:

  • Fixed umbrella roof
  • Manual retractable roof
  • Motorized retractable roof

To design a fixed umbrella canopy, the designer measures wind in the area. Besides, it is determined whether the area is wet or not because the umbrella canopy can protect against rain.

The area covered by each umbrella canopy is limited. Thus, if you need to cover a larger area, some umbrella canopies should be put next to each other.

The Function of Fixed Umbrella Canopy

Among manual and motorized canopies in the market, umbrella canopy provides beauty and efficacy.

Unique design and flexibility in application give us the chance to use it in different forms.

Umbrella canopy is made of connected bars that form the shape of an umbrella on a base. Umbrella canopy can be controlled by hand or by the electric motor.

Weight and condition control of the canopy is done by the center base. Bars connected to the main base are fixed or movable. Fixed bars are used for lightweight canopies to let people move it easily.

Movable bars are used in fixed umbrella canopies that open and close the cover cloth. In this model, the canopies don’t move.

In some cases, customers order suspended umbrella canopies. Suspended umbrella canopies have a unique structure. They open and close by a motor system.
